About the Camp
Preseason Training Camp is designed for maximum play so that you will be in the best "game shape" possible for preseason. 7 on 7 matches and evening full field games will allow you to sharpen your skills, refocus your mentality, and get you ready for the high pace of preseason training. Most of all it is fun, exciting, and eliminates the boredom of your summer training program. Come join us now for excellent, high level hockey and put yourself in championship shape for your college season!

  • Daily Schedule:

    7-9:00am:Optional fitness testing (Sat.)
    Weight training
    We will provide various fitness tests for you to practice so you can achieve your personal best scores at your team's preseason.

    9-10:30am: 1 v 1 instruction | Corner practice
    You can practice a specific skill you want to improve, work on corner execution, or have tactical questions answered.

    10:30am-4:30pm: 7 v 7 half field play
    Designed for exciting, fast paced action with maximum touches on the ball to help elevate your game to the next level.

    5:30pm-8:30pm: 11 v 11 full field tourney
    Practice your tactical decision making and spacing. Have an opportunity to start gaining that competitive edge.

    4Goals Collegiate Camp is a Day Camp with no dorms available. Meals are not included. At registration, lunch can be ordered for delivery each day. 4Goals has discounted hotel rates available.

    Directions:
    From Providence and east, via I-95
    Take I-95 to New Haven. Then take I-91 north to Exit 10 (Route 40). Follow Route 40 approximately 3 miles to its end (at Whitney Avenue). Turn right onto Whitney Avenue (Route 10) and proceed north for 1.4 miles. Turn right onto Mount Carmel Avenue and go 0.3 miles to campus.

    From New York City and west, via I-95
    Take I-95 to New Haven. Then take I-91 north to Exit 10 (Route 40). Follow Route 40 approximately 3 miles to its end (at Whitney Avenue). Turn right onto Whitney Avenue (Route 10) and proceed north for 1.4 miles. Turn right onto Mount Carmel Avenue and go 0.3 miles to campus.
